Fortune 500 companies often have distinctive leadership styles for different levels of management. Leaders may be in an executive, department director, or team lead position. As a change management consultant, it is important to understand how to communicate the same topic with different levels of management. There will be some leadership styles that benefit from similar communication techniques and some that will require more flexibility. One way to understand different leadership styles is to analyze different communication techniques of leaders.
