Overview
OK, as a group of Managerial Consultants, you need to perform an analysis in an existing organization. Your report and presntation should include the following elements in clear, specific points:
1. State the organization’s vision, mission, and goals/objectives.
2. Identify the target market segment and customers or people the organization provides services/products to.
3. What type of products and/or services does the organization provide?
4. What is the philosophy in producing the above goods and/or services?
5. Using the Analysis matrices, perform a stage-wise analysis by creating matrices for the organization.
6. From the previous metrics analysis, critically identify which competitive or business strategy is considered in order to reach your vision and goals?
NOTE(THE ORGANIZATION IS AMAZON )
written report and presentation
(1) An official cover-page/slide.
(2) Introduction identifying the chosen topic and its importance (Executive Summery).
(3) A background of the chosen organization/business, and its industry.
(4) Discussion of the main 6 points mentioned above. The arguments should be based on what you have learnt in the course. 2
(5) Include a Conclusion which provides the organization’s way forward strategy.

-The written report should be between 3000-4000 words max
-Make sure to include visual aids such as graphs, tables (matrices), diagrams and/or pictures to highlight your points clearly, both in the report and in the PowerPoint presentation.
-The PowerPoint presentation should take no longer than 15 mins
Writing Guidelines: Paper size: A4, Line Spacing: 1.15, Margins: Normal all sides, Font: Times New Roman, Font Size: 12 for text and 14 for heading. Harvard referencing should be used for in-text references and bibliography
