Overview
1. CSR Initiatives of Saudi Aramco (Five Themes)
Identify and explain five (5) specific CSR initiatives undertaken by Saudi Aramco.
Each initiative must be a real, existing project or program and must clearly fit under exactly these themes:
1. Environmental Protection
2. Community Empowerment & SMEs
3. Education & Youth Development
4. Occupational Health & Safety
5. Clean Energy & Climate Action
For each theme:
• Identify one real CSR initiative by Aramco that corresponds to the theme.
• Describe the initiative (background, main activities, target group).
• State the main objectives of the initiative.
• Explain why this initiative qualifies as a CSR activity (link with ethics, stakeholders, sustainability, or social impact).

2. Evaluation Using the Ten Commandments of Social Responsibility
Use the following Ten Commandments of Social Responsibility as the analytical framework:
1. Take corrective action before it is required.
2. Work with affected stakeholders to solve mutual problems.
3. Establish industry-wide standards and self-regulation.
4. Publicly admit mistakes.
5. Get involved in appropriate social programs.
6. Help correct environmental problems.
7. Monitor the changing social environment.
8. Establish and enforce a corporate code of ethics.
9. Take necessary public stands on social issues.
10. Strive to make profits on an ongoing basis.
For each of the five Aramco initiatives:
• Provide a detailed discussion of positive points (strengths) in relation to the commandments.
• Provide a detailed discussion of negative points (weaknesses or limitations) in relation to the commandment.
• Explicitly indicate which commandments are strongly satisfied and which are weakly satisfied for each initiative (e.g. C1, C4, C6, etc.).
• Scores from 1–5 may be assigned to relevant commandments for each initiative to summarise the evaluation, accompanied by explanation
