Purpose: To demonstrate understanding of leadership, power, and ethics through personal reflection and application of course concepts. Objectives: - Integrate theoretical and applied concepts from Pfeffer, Keltner, and Rath.
- Identify your personal leadership philosophy and ethical framework.
- Connect your StrengthsFinder results to leadership behaviors and influence.
- Formulate actionable heuristics (guidelines) for ethical leadership.
Requirements: - 4–5 pages, double-spaced, APA format.
- Incorporate at least two course readings and one outside scholarly source.
- Include your top StrengthsFinder themes and reflection on how they inform your leadership style.
- Submit to D2L Brightspace by December 12, 2025 (Week 7)
