Week 1 Blog Post Topic: Research and select a domestic or international event for your term project. You will be conducting a "sustainabile event audit" of the event throughout the course. In a 300-word minimum blog post:
- Describe the event / offer some brief background
- List the likely issues/impacts utilizing the 3 pillars (TBL) of sustainability.
- Provide justification for why (why not) the event planning company is practicing corporate social responsibility.
- Provide suggestions for improvement (if needed).
- Aim to use photos, images, and/or other examples per the term project guidelines.
Note: In week 7, you will provide a presentation of your chosen event to your classmates for discussion. Please see the user guide on how to create a blog entry for detailed directions on using the weekly journal blog feature in ulearn.
