Overview
Write an 8-12 page (double spaced, excluding title page, figures, tables, and references) research paper, following these guidelines:
- Identify a main topic in the course that interests you (example: Compensation and Benefits)
- Identify an aspect of this topic that really interests you (example: voluntary, not mandated, benefits)
- Identify three specific research questions related to this aspect of the main topic
- Write a deep dive research paper about these three research questions
- Explain your interest in the topic
- Provide a review, synthesis, and conclusion about each of your three research questions. Be sure to cover the key points of debate surrounding each question.
