Through this reflection, you will explore how your faith influences your approach to work and consider the challenges and opportunities that may arise as you live out your faith in a professional setting.

Your faith reflection paper should include the following three key parts:

1. Common Ground Between Christianity and Your Career
   • Explore where your Christian faith and your chosen career field overlap.
   • Consider values, ethics, or missions that align with your faith.
   • Use specific examples to support your reflection, and reference relevant literature, scripture, or professionals who have integrated faith into your field.
2. Challenges to Your Christian Faith in Your Career
   • Identify at least two areas of potential conflict between your Christian faith and your future career. Examples could be ethical dilemmas, workplace culture, societal expectations, or industry practices, among other things.
   • Use examples from current issues in your field or situations you have observed.
3. Strategies for Sustaining Your Faith in Your Career
   • Reflect on how others have addressed the faith-career tension. Research examples of professionals who have successfully navigated these challenges and how they stayed true to their Christian beliefs.
   • What specific steps can you take to remain grounded in your beliefs as you advance in your career?

Format: The paper should be a minimum of 3 pages plus a title and reference page, double-spaced, with 12 point font. The paper should be formatted and sources cited in APA style. See the rubric in this Module for the grading breakdown.
