Purpose
This assignment aims to describe their organization and the need for change, diagnose the need for change, design interventions, and develop strategies to reinforce change.
Parameters Your paper will be 3-5 pages, not counting the header, table of contents, abstract, or reference pages. You will need to locate at least 3 references. Your references are required from external professional references and academic sources. All writing must be in the current APA formatting. Application of graduate-level writing and grammar should be carefully considered and implemented. This is a formal paper and may be used to present evidence of mastery to an organization. Use section headers for each bullet point (1, 2, & 3) so your instructor can evaluate your work and apply the rubric.

For this part of the assignment, complete the following:
- Create a SWOT analysis for the overall organization. Next, organizational diagnosis methods will be proposed to gather additional data relevant to the change need. Comment on all three levels: organizational, group, and individual. Be specific on collection methods (e.g., surveys, interviews, etc...), how the data will be analyzed, how the feedback will be structured, and state the forecasted limitations of your diagnosis.
- Identify potential resistance points and barriers to change. Explain the challenges and impact these will have on the change effort. Propose strategies to overcome or remove the resistance points and barriers.
- Propose a communication strategy to a) share the need for change with employees, b) inform employees on the forthcoming diagnosis processes, c) keep employees updated throughout the process, d) share feedback from the diagnosis process, and e) keep upper management informed.
- Include references to all sources using in-text citations and a reference page.
