Case Study Analysis

Overview

I have picked Comcast Corporation for my project. Comcast is a telecommunications company that does a lot of things in the line of internet network, television and phone business. They have a subset called Xfinity that gives people cable television, internet and phone services. My project is about looking at what Comcast Corporation's doing to make sure customers are happy and stay with them. There are a number of companies doing the same thing so it is challenge for Comcast Corporation to keep people from going somewhere else. I want to see how Comcast Corporation is leveraging it's technology like streaming services and smart home items to give people what they want. I also want to look at the problems Comcast Corporation is facing, like companies that just do streaming and things the government says they have to do. I will try to figure out how Comcast Corporation can keep being a company, in this business.Students are expected to strategically analyze an actual

organization and recommend solutions.
