Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix (QSPM) (Most important analysis, all
previous matrices must be completed before this matrix, ALL MEMBERS ARE
RESPONSIBLE). Be specific in terms of strategies. You should have at least three
strategies, including one that states "keep current strategy". (1 ½ pages minimum
