Assignment for Week 5:
Learning Objectives: (1) Formulating a process improvement roadmap to address a realistic business application, (2) Address common roadblocks during implementation (3) Examining closing and follow-up requirements upon completion of key process improvement milestones and projects [3e].
How to get started: 1. Review all the material in the Course Materials folder. This assignment will focus on the Module 5 Learning Objectives video in the course materials. a. Based on the Module 5 Learning Objectives video, discuss each of the three Session Objectives that are identified. b. Locate Peer Reviewed articles from Google Scholar that discuss each of the three Session Objectives that are identified in the Learning Objectives video. Discuss 2 key points from the articles that you found interesting and why. Also discuss how the material applies to actual organizations by using an example. c. Use Headings for your paper to Identify the three Session Objectives -Use these as headings for your discussion of each of the objectives.
- The Peer Reviewed articles (maximum 3 total) that you have found must be cited in the text of your paper and referenced on your reference page, using APA Format.
- Your paper should contain at least 800 words other than the title page and reference page.
