Purpose
This assignment aims to describe their organization and the need for change, diagnose the need for change, design interventions, and develop strategies to reinforce change.
Parameters Your paper will be 5-7 pages, not counting the header, table of contents, abstract, or reference pages. You will need to locate at least 3 references. Your references are required from external professional references and academic sources. All writing must be in the current APA formatting. Application of graduate-level writing and grammar should be carefully considered and implemented. This is a formal paper and may be used to present evidence of mastery to an organization. Use section headers for each bullet point (1, 2, & 3) so your instructor can evaluate your work and apply the rubric.

Last week, you completed Part 2 of the Major Project. This week, you will complete Part 3.
For this part of the assignment, complete the following:
- Propose specific interventions to implement the change (e.g., training programs, process redesigns, leadership development, etc...). Justify the choices of interventions with references to change theories. Describe the expected outcomes for each intervention.
- Describe how you will manage the change by creating readiness for change and motivating different areas of the organization and employees. What communication strategies will you use? How frequently will you communicate?
- Describe how you will build political support. Address your status within the organization and what power and leverage you have in your current position. Who are the key stakeholders? How will you influence those key stakeholders? How will you build a coalition?
- Include references to all sources using in-text citations and a reference page.
