Its mission is to help people live healthier lives and make the healthcare system work better for everyone, with a vision focused on improving access, affordability, and quality of care through innovation. UnitedHealth Group provides health insurance and healthcare services through its divisions, UnitedHealthcare and Optum, serving individuals, employers, and government programs. It operates in the healthcare and health services industry. I chose this company because it aligns closely with my experience as a medical biller and coder and plays a major role in advancing efficiency and innovation in healthcare.
