Purpose
This assignment aims to describe their organization and the need for change, diagnose the need for change, design interventions, and develop strategies to reinforce change.
Parameters Your paper will be 5-7 pages, not counting the header, table of contents, abstract, or reference pages. You will need to locate at least 3 references. Your references are required from external professional references and academic sources. All writing must be in the current APA formatting. Application of graduate-level writing and grammar should be carefully considered and implemented. This is a formal paper and may be used to present evidence of mastery to an organization. Use section headers for each bullet point (1, 2, & 3) so your instructor can evaluate your work and apply the rubric.
For this part of the assignment, complete the following:
- Propose methods and strategies for reinforcing and sustaining the change. Include the role you will play and the roles of other stakeholders. What mechanisms will you use to monitor the status of the change?
- Forecast potential setbacks and erosion points of the change. How will you address these, and how will you plan for continuous improvement?
- Provide a timeline for the overall project and an action plan on how you will personally lead or be involved.
- Include references to all sources using in-text citations and a reference page.
