Self-Analysis: Business Behavioral Competencies
Overview
For this journal task, you will conduct a self-reflection of your present strengths, weaknesses, and skill gaps related to the expected business behavioral competencies required to be a successful human resource (HR) professional. Use the Business Cluster in the SHRM model as a guiding resource. In this journal, you will identify strategies to improve upon your weaknesses. This activity will help you develop a clear understanding of the business behavioral competencies that you will use in the final project.
