Assignment:

1. The Cascio and Bouderau books begins and ends with a discussion of the

LAMP model. What skills have you developed over the course of this

semester that will help you apply that model in your HR futures? What skills

(or other resources) are you lacking that will inhibit your ability to apply the

LAMP model?

2. Given what organizations say they are doing with People Analytics, do you

feel prepared to contribute to helping calculate the sort of metrics and

conducting the sort of People Analytics that are most commonly being

conducted?

3. Based on what you have learned in this course, and given what organizations

report they are doing in the WorldatWork (2021) report with respect to the

People (Human Resources) Metrics and Analytics, where do you feel there are

the most valuable opportunities to contribute to organizational effectiveness

using People Analytics?
