Chapter 1 – Introduction
The research gap remains weak and insufficiently developed. While you explain the importance of transformational leadership, psychological empowerment, and employee creativity, you do not clearly demonstrate what previous studies have failed to address and what specific contribution your study makes.
The research problem should be stated more clearly and directly linked to the identified research gap.
The introduction contains some repetition, particularly in the discussion of creativity and transformational leadership. Try to make the argument more concise and focused.
Chapter 2 – Literature Review
Although the chapter is longer than before, much of the content remains descriptive rather than critical.
You need to compare previous studies instead of simply summarizing them. For example:Which studies found positive relationships?
Were there contradictory findings?
What methodological differences may explain inconsistent results?
Why is psychological empowerment an important mediator compared to other mediators previously studied?
The mediating role of psychological empowerment needs stronger justification from previous empirical studies.
In the conceptual framework (Page 34), please add the hypotheses directly to the figure:H1: Transformational Leadership → Employee Creativity
H2: Transformational Leadership → Psychological Empowerment
H3: Psychological Empowerment → Employee Creativity
H4: Psychological Empowerment mediates the relationship between Transformational Leadership and Employee Creativity
The conceptual model should be professionally formatted and visually improved.
Chapter 3 – Methodology
The measurement scales section remains incomplete.
Please clearly present:
The number of items used for each construct.
The original source of each scale.
A brief justification for selecting each scale.
The data collection procedure requires more detail. Please explain:How respondents were approached.
Through which channels the questionnaire was distributed.
The data collection period.
How many responses were initially collected and how many were retained for analysis.
The methodology states an expected sample size of 100–200 respondents, whereas Chapter 4 reports 144 valid responses. The methodology should clearly describe the final sample obtained.
Please ensure that each chapter starts on a new page throughout the thesis.
Chapter 4 – Analysis and Results
This chapter requires the most attention.
The chapter appears incomplete from a statistical analysis perspective.
I am concerned that the coefficients reported in the regression table appear identical to the correlation coefficients reported in the correlation matrix. Please verify this carefully and ensure that actual regression results are presented.
For hypothesis testing, please clarify:What statistical analyses were performed for each hypothesis?
Which outputs were generated from SPSS?
How was mediation tested?
If mediation analysis was conducted, the chapter should present stronger evidence, such as:PROCESS Macro output,
Bootstrapping results,
Confidence intervals for indirect effects.
Before presenting regression results, it is recommended to include assumption tests such as:Normality assessment,
Multicollinearity (VIF),
Linearity.
Regarding the last two figures presented in Chapter 4, please reconsider their placement. They currently appear disconnected from the flow of the chapter and may be more appropriate either:immediately after the descriptive statistics discussion if they support the interpretation of the data, or
in an appendix if they are not directly discussed in the text.
While the analyses conducted may provide preliminary support for the hypotheses, the current presentation of the statistical analysis is very limited and requires further clarification and strengthening.
Chapter 5 – Discussion and Conclusion
This chapter remains the weakest section of the thesis and requires substantial improvement.
The discussion should not simply repeat the statistical results.
As explained repeatedly during class sessions, each finding must be compared with previous studies.
For each hypothesis, you should discuss:
Whether the result agrees with previous studies.
Which studies reported similar findings.
Whether any studies reported different findings.
How your findings contribute to the existing literature.
The discussion should demonstrate critical thinking and interpretation rather than simply restating that a hypothesis was supported.
The theoretical contribution and managerial implications should be expanded and linked directly to the study findings.
The conclusion section should provide a stronger synthesis of the overall findings and contributions of the study.
Formatting and Final Checks
Replace "Supervisor Name" on the title page with:

Ensure that all chapters begin on a new page.
Review the entire document for grammar, language, formatting, and consistency issues.
Check all figures, tables, and numbering carefully.
At this stage, the thesis has improved compared to the previous version; however, important methodological and analytical issues remain, particularly in Chapters 4 and 5. Please focus your efforts on strengthening the statistical analysis, improving the discussion section, and ensuring that all findings are properly interpreted and connected to the existing literature.

The thesis presentations are expected to take place next week, and each student will have approximately 10 minutes to present their research. Therefore, while revising the thesis, you should simultaneously prepare a professional presentation that clearly summarizes the research problem, research gap, objectives, conceptual framework, methodology, key findings, hypothesis testing results, discussion, managerial implications, limitations, and conclusions.
Please ensure that the presentation is concise, well-organized, and suitable for the allocated presentation time. I recommend submitting the PowerPoint presentation together with the revised thesis so that both can be reviewed before the final presentation date.
