As a supervisor at Fuyao glass American, I understand how important that aligning new product development with corporate strategy is. When company developed a new product, not just because they possess a new technology, but also, they evaluate whether a product aligns with long-term corporate goals, customer needs, and their competitive market position.

In my company, I usually have to communicate with many different departments. So, I know that company must make sure that every project can help to improve the quality, customer satisfaction, innovation, cost reduction, or market growth. So that company can establish new product innovation and the alignment with organizational strategy. Before committing resources to develop a new product, management assesses its alignment with the company's mission and future direction. This strategic alignment enables companies to prioritize projects that create the most value and avoid investing in products that fail to support business goals. Right now, electric car is developing super-fast in the global. In the auto glass industry, like Fuyao, the rising demand for electric vehicles has created opportunities for lighter, stronger, and more advanced glass products. The company must ensure that new product projects not only meet customer needs and industry trends but also support the company's overall growth strategy.

In manufacturing, the agile project management helps company to achieve new product development. Unlike traditional project management methods that depends on exhaustive planning at the outset, Agile project management focus on short development cycles, continuous feedback, and frequent iterations. This strategy helps company to respond rapidly to evolving customer expectations and market conditions. As a production supervisor, I realized that customer requirements and production specifications can shift during the implementation process. We must communicate quickly and find out potential issues. So that we can establish test solutions and make adjustments without causing significant disruption to production. Agile practices foster cross-functional collaboration, faster problem-solving, and continuous improvement. These advantages help companies mitigate risk, enhance product quality, and shorten development cycles.

I think that a successful company should implied agile project management. Agile project management reinforces this process by providing the flexibility needed to adapt to changing requirements while maintaining a steadfast focus on customer value and organizational goals.
