Overview
Hi, I need help with my MGNT220 Final Assessment, which is an individual reflection report of 1000–1200 words.
The report is based on:
- My Week 3 leadership self-assessment results
- My Week 9 leadership self-assessment results
- My Assessment 2 group work experience
My Assessment 2 group work was about Microsoft. We analysed Microsoft using Bolman and Deal’s leadership/organisational frames, mainly the Structural, Political, and Symbolic frames. The group work included Microsoft’s organisational structure, hierarchy, reporting lines, coordination, structural strengths and weaknesses, political power and coalitions, and symbolic culture under Satya Nadella.
My Week 9 leadership scores were:
- Structural: 17
- Human Resources: 14
- Political: 12
- Symbolic: 17
My strongest Week 9 frames were Structural and Symbolic. This means I like having clear plans, clear goals, direction, and results, but I also understand the importance of vision, meaning, and motivating people. My weakest area was Human Resources, so I need to reflect on how I can become more supportive, patient, communicative, and people-focused in group work.
For the report, I need help making it sound natural and personal, not AI-written and not overly academic. It should sound like a university student wrote it in simple clear English. It must be easy for me to understand and defend in a viva.
Please follow this structure:
- Introduction
- Reflection on leadership self-assessment results
- Leadership preferences and impact on group work
- Key learning and future application
- Conclusion
- References
- Appendix
Important points to include:
- Compare my Week 3 and Week 9 self-assessment results.
- Explain how my leadership preferences changed or developed.
- Link my leadership style to the Microsoft group project.
- Explain how being more Structural and Symbolic affected my contribution, such as focusing on structure, planning, clear direction, and making the work meaningful.
- Mention that I learned I should improve my Human Resources side by supporting group members more, communicating better, and not only focusing on finishing the task.
- Include how group members affected the process, such as different working styles, communication, and dividing tasks.
- Make the reflection personal, realistic, and specific.
- No plagiarism, no fake experiences, and no fake references.
- Please do not make it sound too perfect or too advanced.
