Develop a philosophical and/or biblical foundation which establishes a basis for your reasoning and a set of principles which helps to guide leadership thinking and behavior. In other words, what are the bedrock truths or principles a leader should hold to that will produce the best ethical outcomes? After establishing your foundation, propose 4-6 principles to guide decision-making based on this foundation.
