The paper will title dissertation you will be adding the 4 subthemes/theme to it also then need to be about 4 pages each of each theme so it will be at least 15 pages of so 1 theme/subtheme 4 page another theme/subtheme 4 page 3rd theme/subtheme 4 more page and 4th subtheme/theme 4 page, also they need to be evidence base writing it will be a document stating what evidence base writing should be it will label EBW(It means multiple citations not the same citations over and over used different ones) through the whole themes/subthemes. For the library it will label library please used that to add the 6 more references the paraphrase needs to have citations as well just look over what has already done to have an idea. The last assignment will be for the MGMT824 classes that will be 4-6 pages.
As mentioned, you will continue to add sources to your literature library. In each of the Units 4–8, you will add a minimum of 6 new sources to your library, on your way to having 60–80 relevant sources. Be mindful that you may not use these resources to complete this week’s Individual Project (IP), but they are relevant to a theme or sub-theme in your literature review.
For this IP, you will continue writing in the appropriate dissertation template and produce a minimum of 4 new pages of review and synthesis.
IMPORTANT NOTE: As you write your literature review, you should continually update the reference list in the template that you are using. Every source that you have cited should be listed in correct APA format. Also, no sources should appear in the References section of the dissertation template that are not cited in your literature review chapter.
This assignment has two parts, as follows:
Part 1
First, research, select, and read 6 new articles relevant to your study topic. Next, add these resources to the literature library you submitted in Unit 7.
Part 2
Continuing with the outline that you created in Unit 3, create a minimum of 4 pages of literature review pertinent to the themes or subthemes you articulated in your outline. As you write the pages of your literature review, note the template instructions, as follows:
- All literature reviewed in the chapter is organized under specific research theme headings. Note that there is a through line that travels from your central research question through your conceptual framework, your literature review, and the thematic elements that are key to your research topic and research effort. Thus, your literature review is as much a part of an argument-building process for your study as it is a product (i.e., chapter).
- Doing your literature review allows you to discern the conversation that scholars are already having about your topic (or a closely related topic) and to become aware of the various approaches other researchers have taken to thinking about the research problem or opportunity that you are now pursuing.
- Each section heading for this chapter is formatted as a Level 2 APA header and defines the focus of the literature reviewed in the respective section.
At this point, you should have written a minimum of 20 pages of Chapter 2.
Submit your literature review draft in the appropriate template and your updated literature library that incorporates the additional resources you added in this unit.
