Performance Management Process
Human resources evaluation (HRE) is a strategic approach to managing people. It is an organizational function that deals with issues related to people such as compensation, hiring, performance management, organization development, safety, wellness, benefits, employee motivation, communication, administration, and training. Human resources evaluation plays a major role in management decisions to improve the organization’s effectiveness by creating better rapport between the management and the subordinates. It helps subordinates to realize individual and organizational goals.
Conduct research on Performance Management Processes and Systems. Discuss strategic approaches with HRE and Performance Management Processes keeping in mind what organizations can do to improve organizational effectiveness.
Instructions:
Essays must be 6 pages in length (excluding cover & reference page) and formatted in APA style. Exploration essays require 6 scholarly, peer-reviewed sources. An abstract is not required for this assignment.
Writing Style and Formatting:
- Follow APA 7th Edition writing and formatting guidelines (The template under the Course Tools folder is already APA formatted).
- Double-spaced, one-inch margins.
- Font is Times New Roman, size 12 throughout the entire paper including page numbers.
- Paragraphs should be a minimum of five (5) complete sentences.
- Each paragraph should contain citations from multiple peer-reviewed resources.
- Use leveled headings to help organize your writing.

- Use one space after each period at the end of the sentence.

After submitting:
