For your final assignment, design a PowerPoint presentation where you are the instructor teaching an undergraduate human resources (HR) course. The topic you will be covering is implementing a performance management system in a manufacturing setting. Please follow the below outline, but feel free to add other information.

Length: PowerPoint presentation with 10-12 slides not including title and reference slides. Include speaker notes of 75-100 words per slide (excluding title & reference slides).
