DIRECTIONS
You are responsible for drafting a Partnership Agreement. You have the freedom of creating it for any type of business partnership. You have been provided 2 samples of what typical partnership agreements may look like and Partnership Links for your review. ***Please note: Remember: If you decide to use the samples provided to you...you may only fill in the fact-specific partnership information. However, you MUST ITALICIZE ANY PARTS OF THE PARTNERSHIP AGREEMENT THAT YOU WRITE THAT REPLACES SAMPLE CONTENT. As your instructor, I need to be able to discern what is your creation and what is form.
Although I realize it is difficult to partner during an online class, you may work with a partner from the class on creating your Partnership Agreement. Therefore, if you work with a partner you may put both of your names on the document you hand in, but you must each properly submit the partnership agreement to receive credit for doing the assignment. This is not meant to be a difficult assignment, but it is meant to have each student experience the critical-thinking process of creating a partnership agreement.
