Step 2a) Consider in this assignment either your current position(finance advisor at Bank of America) or a position that you would like to obtain to create job duties. Identify your job title and a description of the job duties in bullet format. Then, you identify at least three KSAOs (knowledge, skills, abilities, and other characteristics) related to the job.
Step 2b) Click on the grading rubric(attached) to see how you are evaluated.
Step 3) For 140 points, complete the chart called W2- Job Duties and Characteristics Chart & Grading Rubric(attached). In it you will answer the following 3 questions for each KSAO provided:
- Is the KSAO necessary prior to hiring, or can it be trained? Rationale with examples and research is required.
- What is the importance of each characteristic relative to the others? Rationale with examples and research is required.
- How will the employee exhibit this KSAO in the job duties defined above? Rationale with examples and research is required.
Step 4) When you are finished, upload the completed the chart in Word format.
Requirements
Use size 10 Times New Roman font with single line spacing. Your total response must be at least 525 words excluding references and the template. 2 peer-reviewed references must be embedded in your responses along with the full citations listed in the appropriate cells.
