Hello i tried to reach out for the last HM so you an connect the information together. I have attached the last file you did (Answer_1) and also i will post the new instructions needed for part 2.
The Background Assessment is the initial analysis of the corporation and its primary industries. The team should employ the strategy tools learned in Strategic Management that are used for the external and internal analyses of a firm. These include Porter’s Five Forces, SWOT, PESTL, RBV, VRIO, etc.
The goal for this assignment is for the team to develop a thorough understanding of the corporation, including the industry the company participates in, the major trends in their associated markets, company goals and current strategic initiatives, financial performance, etc. Information from the previous assignment (D0) should be included in this assignment such that a cohesive chapter is developed.
Deliverable Structure

- Times New Roman font, 12 point

- 8-10 page report – double-spaced
- Appendices (includes tables, graphs, etc.)
- Bibliography
- Inclusions: The body of your report should be 8-10 pages and should include:
- A summary of the organization and the products/services offered. One page is sufficient. This is from the initial assignment, D0.
- Other areas to be covered in the body of the report are select external analyses (competitor analysis, benchmarking key areas, Porter’s Five Forces Analysis, PESTEL analysis, etc.) and internal analyses (competitive advantages, SWOT analysis, etc.). The SWOT analysis is required from D0, and then please select at least 1 of the other strategy analysis tools that make the most sense for your organization.
- Summary of the background assessment that includes key insights learned from using the strategy tools and analyses.
- In addition to the body of the report, please include the following:
- A bibliography listing the references used for documenting facts in your report. The preferred bibliographic format is APA. Please be consistent in your citations.
- Appendices that include pertinent graphs and charts.
