Overview
After reading the attached case study, write a two- to three-page case study response. Use APA format, 7th edition, student version, including a title and references page. In the case study response, include each of the following:
- Title Page Introduction (with identification of the key issues and a well-developed thesis statement)
- Background (focus on two to three of the most significant issues; include relevant facts and support from outside readings and research)
- Discussion of Alternatives (what two or three options should the manager consider) Final Recommendation:
- Final Recommendations: As a leader, what are your next steps? (support with solid evidence and include specific strategies to implement the solution, including what should be taken and who should take that action)
