This assignment is focused on the topics that we have reviewed in this course. TQM, QMS, Quality Management Thinkers, Quality Control, Quality Management, Continuous Improvement, Kaizen, Quality principles, and Case Study Analysis.
You select the company that you want to analyze based on the topics that we discussed. The Company and issue you choose to analyze must have taken place within the last five years. You must include a Panopto video with you presenting your slides live. Professional dress is required. Your approach to this final project is from the perspective of a Quality Manager and/or Consultant as you complete your Case Study Analysis.
