I am looking for an experienced tutor to provide academic support for CIPD Level 3 – Unit 3CO04: Essentials of People Practice (CIPD_3CO04_26_01).
This assessment is strictly marked, so I need someone who can follow the assessment brief, grading grid, ACs, command verbs and provided templates exactly, with careful attention to Harvard referencing and word count.

Assessment Breakdown
✅ Task 1 – Recruitment & Selection Approx. 1,500 words, covering AC 1.1–1.4, 2.1, 2.4 and 2.5, including the required appointment and non-appointment letter templates and critique.
✅ Task 2 – Shortlisting & Simulated Interview Covers AC 2.2 and 2.3, including:
- Selection criteria
- Three completed shortlisting matrices
- Candidate selection
- STARR-based interview questions
- Interview evaluation matrix
- Decision-making notes and clear justification.
📌 Important – Interview Video: I need the tutor to prepare the full interview script for me to follow during the recorded video, fully consistent with the assignment, selected candidate, selection criteria, STARR questions and interview evaluation matrix.
The script should cover the opening and introductions, interview structure, competency/STARR questions and probing questions, discussion of the role and terms, opportunity for the candidate to ask questions, and professional closing. I will personally conduct and record the interview. The script must allow me to demonstrate all required CIPD interview skills and support a minimum 20-minute recorded interview.
✅ Task 3 – Legislation & Employment Relations Approx. 1,250 words, covering AC 3.1–3.5.
✅ Task 4 – Performance Management & Reward Approx. 1,500 words, covering AC 4.1–4.3 and 5.1–5.3.
✅ Task 5 – Learning & Development Approx. 1,250 words, covering AC 6.1–6.5.
Required Templates / Evidence
All relevant CIPD templates and supporting evidence must be completed correctly, including the Job Description, three Selection Criteria Matrices, Application Forms, STARR Interview Questions, Interview Evaluation Matrix, Skills Observation Feedback Form, and shortlisting/decision-making notes.
