This includes the Critical-Incidents Method, Management by Objectives (MBO), Narrative Method or Form, Graphic Rating Scale Form, Behaviorally Anchored Rating Scale (BARS) Form, or Ranking Form.
Describe each method and then identify which method you would choose over the other methods, explaining why you would choose that method or form.
