Overview
I’m looking for someone experienced with CIPD Level 5 assignments, specifically 5OS04 – People Management in an International Context, to support the completion of the full assessment based strictly on the official Assessment Brief, Scenario, Assessment Guidance and Grading Grid (2026 version).
Requirements:
- Full coverage of all 11 questions (AC 1.1–AC 4.3)
- Approx. 3,900 words (+/-10%)
- AC-based headings as required by the guidance
- Strong application throughout to the UK-headquartered organisation expanding into Madrid, Spain
- Relevant theories, academic literature and credible professional sources
- UK English
- Harvard referencing, with appropriate in-text references for every AC
- Clear distinction between explain, assess, examine, evaluate and consider requirements
- Strong critical analysis, examples and conclusions where required
- Written to target the CIPD High Pass (4) descriptors
- Professional structure aligned with the official Assessment Guidance and Grading Grid
