- Aligning resources and technology in support of the social media strategy
You should identify and discuss how you would align the resources and technology with the social business strategy that they developed in the Individual Project (IP) 4. On the resource side, the discussion should include the types of resources needed to implement the strategy and definitive thoughts regarding whether or not the resources should be in-house, outsourced, or a combination thereof. Likewise, on the technology side, you should discuss the general social technologies available and how they should be aligned to the social business strategy that they developed in IP4. Answer the question of whether or not the social technology (or components of it) should be outsourced or maintained in-house. Examples should be used to support your assertions throughout the paper.
