Becoming a Boss Worksheet

Becoming a Boss Worksheet

Instructions

After reading/listening to the the Module 4 content, please download and complete the "Becoming a Boss Worksheet" (linked here)

. Your goal with this worksheet is to envision your success as a boss, identifying your "dream feedback" for each skill we'll be studying this semester. Think deeply and you will create awesome goals for yourself.

Important Considerations

  • Simplistic answers such as "Brent is a great communicator!" will not receive any credit. Think deeply and select phrases that reflect superior management performance for each skill (i.e., how you want to be great and what you want to be known for).
  • Start early and spend time really thinking about each part of the worksheet! Students that spend more time on this worksheet will produce much better goals and get more out of the course - invest in yourself!
  • You can (and should!) write as much as you want for each question on the worksheet. As you type your answers into the worksheet, the text boxes will expand to allow you to write more if you need extra space.
  • Do not forget to address the questions on the second page of the worksheet!
