- The completion certificate with your name on it. Please insert the certificate into your paper so that you upload only one document
- Paper covering the most important things you intend to apply personally to help yourself become a better manager. Do not write about how someone else can apply the material; instead, demonstrate your understanding of the learning with personal application. You must use specific concepts from all sections of the module (4 or 5). Please write in first person and include very specific examples. This paper should be single-spaced, 12-point font, 1-inch margins, and indented paragraphs.
Your grade on each paper will be based on your performance relative to your classmates. The highest scores on each will be reserved for those that demonstrate excellence and considerable effort. General guidelines are as follows:
- Considerable effort with depth of personal application and breadth of concepts from the module (2500 words) = A
- Above average effort and depth of personal application (2000) = B
- Average effort with some personal application (1500) = B-
- Marginal effort and little or no personal application (less than 1500 words) = C or less
