Purpose
The purpose of this video is to reflect upon two to three major findings highlighted in the readings that relate to your experiences.
Parameters
For this video, you must create a 3 to 5-minute video that explores key insights from the readings and applies them to your real-world leadership experiences.
Use specific ideas and terminology from the readings to support your analysis. Rather than summarizing every section, focus on analyzing it. Your response must demonstrate critical thinking and engagement with the readings’ conceptual framework. As always, add your Biblical perspective to the conversation through Biblical support.
This video is not a venue for casual conversation, but rather for Socratic thought in a master ’s-level discussion.

After you read Chapter 5, “Findings,” from Cultivation of Instantaneous Leaders by Timothy M. White and experienced the other Module’s reading and study materials, reflect upon it and then prepare to create a 3 to 5-minute video, including all of the following:
Summary of Key Findings:
- Briefly explain two to three major findings highlighted in the chapter that relate to your experiences.
- Use clear language and include specific examples or quotes from the text.
Personal or Professional Application:
- Relate the findings to a personal experience of yours, expounding on that experience and how it ties to the reading.
- Describe how such experiences as yours could be replicated or rectified (depending on your position) in a civilian organization, and how such information is pertinent to leaders transitioning from military to civilian leadership positions?
- Include a Biblical reference that strengthens you in this capacity
