Overview
For this discussion, please do the following.
- Choose a brand you are familiar with and like.
- Choose a major social medium you like.
- Find the brand you chose in Step 1 in the chosen social medium.
- Go through the brand’s posts on their page (at least 15).
5a. Using the “Listen and Observe: Five Stages” defined in Chapter 2 and the attached Excel spreadsheet example, perform analyses for each of the five stages.
5b. Repeat Steps 2 – 5a for another social medium (with the same brand).
