In this critical stage of the project, you will formulate strategies for the 4 Ps of marketing: Product, Price, Place, and Promotion. Each aspect requires a specialized approach, calling for careful coordination among team members. Building on the market segmentation, targeting, and positioning work in Part 2, the strategies should be aligned with the identified objectives.
Part 3 lays the foundation for the tangible actions that will be taken to market the product or service. By methodically planning the 4 Ps, you are preparing to bring the product or service to market in a way that aligns with your identified objectives and strategies. It’s the stage where the abstract planning becomes concrete, setting the stage for evaluation and control in the final phase of the project.

Submission Guidelines
In order to complete this task, here is some guidance that will hopefully help.
- As though in front of the company itself...REMEMBER, you are acting like they company has hired you to help them grow, to take them to next level. As such, treat it like they've hired you to do this work where you will want to share with them your unique take on how they can improve their marketing strategically via your plan. I will be grading it from this perspective.
- Share the entire presentation together: You should add part 3 to your growing file. You should also review & update parts 1 & 2 as needed.
- Add footnotes or endnotes (for parts 3 & 4 going forward; no need to revisit parts 1 & 2 in terms of footnotes or references):
- Add reflection part(s) after each section (not part...but after each individual section that you have been doing AND this does need to be done for all parts, including 1, 2, 3, and eventually 4): After each individual section, include a header labeled "Reflection" where you offer insight into your rationale. This should be a narrative explaining your choices and the connections between sections, reflecting a strategic flow of thought. It's ok to use first person here. I'll be looking for your original, informed opinion.
- Ensure alignment of your plan: Remember, a marketing plan is a unified document. Each segment should seamlessly lead into the next, with all parts working together. It's essential to align every aspect of your plan, from market analysis to positioning, with the strategic objectives at the core.
- Include these four sections (with reflections) when you submit part 3:
- Product Strategy (and your reflections and thoughts on this section)
- Pricing Strategy (and your reflections and thoughts on this section)
- Distribution Strategy (and your reflections and thoughts on this section)
- Promotion Strategy (and your reflections and thoughts on this section)
