Overview
Audience Personas (Individual) ( for crumbl cookies company) I ntroduce the target audiences (markets) and representative personas that are described below. (Note: you should have one persona for each unique target audience that is described in the situational analysis and objectives.) Keep in mind that you will need to match your objectives with target audiences and personas to design relevant strategy and tactics for your plan. There should be one persona per team member. Put your name with the persona you completed. Each person should make a submission in Canvas for this SMA, and other individual SMAs, by posting the link to the team’s document. No more than one page per persona. Name for Persona 1 Describe this person in a paragraph of text. Give the persona a representative name (e.g., Gary the Gamer, Environmentalist Emily, Studious Sasha, etc.). Include a representative photo (not a celebrity pic, a picture of you, or a caricature). The written description and photo should appear beside each other, not above or below each other. Indicate which target audience your persona is associated with from your objectives listed in SMA03. Keep in mind that the persona is created with the (potential) connection to the focal brand and social media engagement in mind. Utilize the material provided in Figure 3.3 in the textbook for categorizations. This is a representation of an actual person, so give an exact salary (not a range) if you are reporting such. Complete the chart for your persona, in addition to the photo and written description.
