Task:
Identify a new product (of your choice) that has entered the Australian market in the last 24 months. You are the market analyst for the firm. Your task is to establish the attractiveness of the product in the market. Using the Market Opportunity Analysis (MOA) framework determine the attractiveness of the product in comparison to one other product in the same category.
For example, home security camera systems with 4 cameras and cloud storage facility.
