- What four main factors influence/affect the consumer decision process? (Note that I am not asking about the steps of the consumer decision process. There is an exhibit in the book that lists the four main factors and their accompanying components).
- Tell us about two situations when your buying decision process was influenced by one, two, three, or all of the influencing factors.
- What specific factor(s) were at play in both situations? Please tell us the details and whether you were happy with your purchase.
Remember, to earn maximum points, posts should be:
