Overview
Create and record a video presentation where you persuade your classmates to do something that will improve their experience during the rest of their graduate program. You must use real research and data as part of your persuasion. Choose something that genuinely interests and excites you, and try to make us feel the same way. Use as many methods of persuasion as you can along with all the presenting skills you have learned this term.
Your pitch must be accompanied by persuasive visuals on slides, including at least one slide that exhibits excellent storytelling with data.
This is an individual assignment, and you will record your pitch and post it to Canvas. Ensure that your recording captures both your face and the slides so that your audience can see both clearly. Please include captions on your video, and ensure those captions are accurate, editing if necessary.
The video should be 6-9 minutes long. There is no minimum or maximum number of slides: choose what makes sense for you.
