Module 3, Final Project Milestone 1

For your final project, please do the following.

Identify the social medium you have chosen for the project.

Briefly explain why this social medium is interesting to you.

Think about the variables you are going to use for this project (e.g., the number of likes, shares, and comments for every post or page; the number of followers, following, and post for each user; etc.) Please refer to the ‘Project Instructions’ for more details.

Identify the brand that the social medium of your choosing represents.

Identify the brand-level variable you would like to use (e.g., revenues, stock prices, sales volume, number of customers, etc.) Refer to point number 5 in ‘Project Instructions’ for more detail.

Make an Excel file recording the above variables in the previous step for at least 15 days.

Module 5, Final Project Milestone 2

1. 1. Complete the variables for as long as possible. Ultimately, you should at least have 30 days' worth of data.
   2. For what you have, calculate the following.
      1. Calculate the mean, min, max, and range for the observable variables.
      2. Calculate correlations between all the observable variables and the outcome variable.
   3. Interpret the outputs of the analyses in steps 2a and 2b.
   4. Write a report of the above steps.
