Overview
The Nor'easters are a start-up business with all the challenges associates with creating a new service environment, establishing a customer base, creating a revenue model, and dealing with competition. They have relatively strong leadership and seemingly also know about the industry and their market. As a minor league team they have three primary revenue streams 1) ticket sales 2) concession and merchandise sales 3) media sales. Other cost off-sets come from the city/state and their parent ‘team’ with whom they sign a Player Development Contract.
As you will read, their leaders have two potentially conflicting goals 1) break-even financially, and 2) maximize attendance. To help them understand demand, two data (survey) sources are available. Both have serious methodological flaws but it's what they have! Your job is to assess the situation and create a revenue model (including a price scheme) that will achieve one or both their goals. apa cite references and inlcude reference page 4-5 pages
