Overview
The student will research a customer service topic of their choice or can choose a topic from the Project Research Topics Suggestion List. (Refer to the Project Research Topics Suggestions List located under the Project Learning Modules.
A wealth of material is available in most libraries/internet on many of the subjects that are covered in the course. Students are asked to follow the guidelines below:
1. Research is to be in proper report (MLA) format which includes:
§ Double-spaced
§ Standard default margins
§ Title of report in all caps, bold, and centered
§ Bibliography Page - Minimum three sources
§ Minimum of 300 words excluding Title and Bibliography Pages
2. Heading should include:
§ Your Name
§ Course No. - MRKG. 1301
§ Date
3. Project will be due according to the date specified in the Course Schedule.
