Task 2: Subscribe to the Fields Pass.

For each tasks create scenarios for the test participants.

Task 1: “ Your’e lookin for a new home to try and enchance your basketball skills”

Task 2: “Youre trying to stay up to date with all the news and promotions that go on”

For each scenario identify what success looks like:

The user should be able to add the service to the cart without needing assistance.

The user should see an updated cart with the item once added.

Participant 3: New shopper, age 18

Schedule time to conduct study.

Shopper aged 22

Task 1: Find a service and Add It to the Cart

Time to complete: 1 minute 30 seconds

Success: Yes. The participant easily found the service section, selected a service, and added it to the cart.

Feedback: The navigation bar was straightforward. However, the checkout button could be more visible after adding an item to the cart.

Task 2: Subscribe to the The

Time to complete: 30 seconds

Success: Yes. The subscription was quick and easy to find at the footer of the page.

Feedback: The subscription box is simple, but a clearer call-to-action like “Stay updated on new collections” could attract more signups.

Test Session 2: Participant 2 (Occasional Shopper)

Task 1: Find a service and Add It to the Cart

Time to complete: 4 minutes

Success: Yes, but with some difficulty. The participant needed help locating the service section because the website had several service categories.

Feedback: The categories are fine, but adding a “Popular services” or “New Arrivals” section could make it easier to find the right products quickly.

Task 2: Subscribe to the Fields Pass

Time to complete: 1 minute

Success: Yes. The participant found the subscription box at the bottom of the page, though it took them a moment to realize they needed to scroll down.

Feedback: While the subscription form is effective, it would be helpful if there was a pop-up or alert prompting users to subscribe when they first visit the site.

Test Session 3: Participant 3 (New Visitor)

Task 1: Find a service and Add It to the Cart

Time to complete: 3 minutes

Success: Yes. The user found the service collection after browsing the main service page and added a service to the cart.

Time to complete: 45 seconds

Success: Yes. The participant quickly found the subscription section and signed up.

Feedback: The process was simple, but the participant suggested that having a subscription pop-up could increase engagement for those who might miss the footer option.
