Assignment: Write a one- to two-page press release for an organization, company or product. It should be in the present or future to announcing something newsworthy about the organization, company or product. You may write about the organization you used for the Case Study #3. Refer to the Press Release PowerPoint for help if needed.
The paper should have the following part:
• The basics: Who? What? Where? When? Why? How?
• Contact information
• A headline
• A lead paragraph
• A quote from a spokesperson for the company, organization or product.
• 4 to 5 paragraphs
• 2 hyperlinks
• 1 bullet point list (optional)
• End with ###
Also be an SEO keyword list at the end of the press release. You need at least 10 keyword or keyword phrases. This goes after the ###.
