Overview
Ms. Johns is the Vice President of Human Resources for LottaChicken, a fast food sandwich chain with 30 locations across Southern California and Southern Nevada. Currently, LottaChicken has a turnover rate of 170% annually and this is high even for the fast food industry. Ms. Johns will use a three-step review approach to assess the cause of the retention issues at LottaChicken.
You will be reviewing and assessing each step of Ms. Johns' three step review process.
