Overview
The reflective paper will be evaluated on the basis of both content and writing style. The 6-7 page paper (not including cover/reference pages) should include reflections on the overall internship experience. It is important that the student relate information from his or her educational experience and the internship readings to the internship experience. THE PAPER MUST HAVE A REFERENCE/CITATION PAGE. REFERENCES MAY REFLECT THE INDUSTRY, THE COMPANY, OR A PARTICULAR CONCEPT (use this as you cant use the other two). FOR EXAMPLE, IF YOUR COMPANY IS IN THE FOOD INDUSTRY AND FOCUSED ONMARKET SEGMENTATION, INCLUDE REFERENCES ON THE FAST-FOOD INDUSTRY OR ON HOW TO SEGMENT MARKETS IN THE FAST-FOOD INDUSTRY. PROVIDE SOME OUTSIDE SUPPORT FOR THE MATERIAL IN YOURPAPER. THE PAPER IS NOT JUST ABOUT WHAT YOU THINK ABOUT THE INTERNSHIP EXPERIENCE. USE THE SAME SKILLS THAT YOU EMPLOY WHEN YOU WRITE TERM PAPERS FOR OTHER CLASSES. PLEASE DO NOT WRITE A PAPER WITHOUT REFERENCES. IT WILL NOT BE GRADED!
