Overview

• You will complete a case study in which you are appointed the CEO and President of McDonald's. You will research the current and past OSHA complaints and violations along with the class action lawsuit concerning the alleged worker health and safety violations. You will discuss whether you feel McDonald's has OSHA violations and how you intend to handle the existing concerns moving forward. You will also address how you intend to manage and mitigate worker health and safety issues across the franchise moving forward. Your initial discussion post is due by Wednesday at 11:55 p.m. and your responses to classmates are due by Saturday at 11:55 p.m. More detailed instructions and guidelines are outlined in the Discussion Post.
