Lesson 4 Discussion Forum

Is it ethical for a healthcare firm to attempt to establish customer loyalty among physicians? Why or why not? It is expected to have more than one peer-reviewed references to support DQ.

• Initial post must be at least 200 words and contain at least one scholarly source for support. Cite and reference in APA.
• Peer replies should be a minimum of 150 words. One peer reply required for each discussion prompt.

Grading for discussions:

• All discussions must be completed on time and must include in-text citations and references in APA style formatting. Missing citations or references will deduct 5 points from your score. All references must be recent within the past 5 years.
• You will lose 10% based on word count if your posts are too short.
• If any part of your post is copied and pasted from the internet or other sources, you will receive a “0” with no chance to resubmit. Please do your own work and share your original thoughts and knowledge gained with the class. Simply copying and pasting does not show what you have learned through reading our course material, which is the purpose of each assignment.
• Do not share or use work from other students, past or present. Turnitin has been enabled for all submissions. Discussion posts with a higher than 30% match through Turnitin will receive a 0. Once your work is graded, that score is final. Resubmissions are not accepted.
• Late discussion posts are not accepted for a grade. Posts must be made before 11:59 pm EST on the last date of each module in order to receive a grade.
• Both initial and peer postings must be supported by references.
• No AI use in any assignment.
